As part of both our group and individual training programs, you will receive a custom nutrition plan which will include nutrition resources, healthy recipes, customized calories, and macronutrients, and supplement recommendations.

Without proper nutrition, it's difficult to see results as such, as part of our custom nutrition we provide:

Nutrition Resources: Our nutrition program resources include grocery shopping lists, guidance on how to read nutrition labels, food substitution lists and more!
​
Customized Calories and Macros: Everyone's unique, which means, you will need individually customized calories, protein, fat and carb recommendations to meet your individual nutrition needs. We've developed a proprietary system to calculate your individual nutrition requirements.

Healthy Recipes: As part of our nutrition program you will receive recipe packs with healthy and delicious fat-burning recipes, snacks, juices, and smoothies.

Supplement Recommendations: Also included in our nutrition program are supplement recommendations (No, we're not talking about fat burners and/or thermogenics). Understanding what supplements are right for you can be a daunting task with so many options on the market. We will clarify which ones may help you with the achievement of your goals.
